Responsible for helping the team retain critical business by owning the contract renewal, this role requires a person who can work closely with Business partner & Vendor.

• Prepare Quotes, manage the order workflow.
• Bachelor degree is a must.
• 3 years and above experience in Customer support for a relative field.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-Motivated with strong organization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
