Housam Roshdy inaugurates a Women Support Group (WSG)
On the International Women’s Day (IWD 2022), Housam Roshdy, General Manager – Mantrac Distribution, announced the inauguration of a Women Support Group (WSG) in the train of ensuring gender quality in the workplace through equal pay, equal responsibility, and equal career advancement opportunity. The WSG will serve as the first line of support for women encountering any form of gender discrimination as they carry on their job responsibilities. He appointed Mona El-Menshawy as Head of the WSG, whereas, Hadeer Zaki and Amal El-Essawy volunteered as WSG deputes. Housam Roshdy encouraged women to stand-up for their rights and promised to support them in realizing their full potential under this year’s theme: #BreakTheBias. The celebrated ladies praised this initiative and thanked Housam Roshdy for this sincere and practical gesture.
